Terms of Service

Builogs (“we”, “us”) is operated by Builogs. These terms apply when you use builogs.com, create an account, request a quotation or buy building materials from us. By doing any of these, you agree to them. If you use Builogs on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Our Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

• Give accurate details, including a phone number and delivery address we can reach.
• You must confirm your email address before you can place an order.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or misuse, or that breaks these terms.

• Prices are in Naira. The total shown at checkout, including delivery fees, is the amount you pay.
• Several suppliers may list the same product at different prices. You choose the offer, and the price and delivery terms of that offer apply.
• Product photos and descriptions are for guidance. Heavy materials such as cement, rods, sand and granite are subject to normal industry weight and volume tolerances.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the affected items and refund you in full.

• When you check out, we hold the items and price for 30 minutes while you pay. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically when that time runs out.
• Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. We then confirm availability and delivery with each supplier in your order.
• An order with items from more than one supplier is delivered in separate parts, each with its own delivery fee.
• If we cannot supply an item after you have paid, or if we suspect fraud, we may cancel the affected items and refund you in full.

All payments are made online through our payment provider, Paystack, by card, bank transfer, USSD or the other methods shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. We do not accept cash on delivery or payment to any personal account. Builogs staff will never ask you to pay outside the website.

• We currently deliver in Lagos (including nearby parts of Ogun State), Ibadan (Oyo State), Abuja (FCT) and Port Harcourt (Rivers State). Orders are delivered by suppliers in your city; items from other cities are delivered only on a separate written quote.
• You can choose Builogs Standard (delivered within 1–2 days of payment) or Builogs Saver (40% off delivery, dropped at the kerb or gate on the next Monday or Thursday at least two days after you order).
• Delivery times shown are estimates. We will tell you if your delivery will be late.
• Please make sure a truck can reach the site and someone is there to receive and check the goods. If we cannot deliver because the site is inaccessible or nobody is there, we may charge for another attempt.
• If a very large order needs extra trips beyond the delivery fee you paid, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then pay the difference or cancel for a full refund.
• The goods become yours, and responsible for them, once they are offloaded at your site.

Please inspect deliveries before offloading is finished. Report anything wrong, short or damaged at delivery, or within 48 hours for problems that could not be seen then. Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Quotes for bulk or special orders are valid for 7 business days unless the quote says otherwise. Material prices in Nigeria change often, so we may need to update a quote after it expires.

Do not misuse Builogs. For example, do not attempt to access other people's accounts, place fake orders, copy listings or prices automatically, or interfere with the site's security.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. We will show the new effective date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute we cannot resolve together will be handled by the courts of Lagos State.
